Nothing makes me happier than giving something back. That’s why I volunteer on a local level and run this blog amongst other things. Giving is good for the soul.
As part of my research for various articles and blog posts, I come across interesting tidbits throughout the internet. In exchange for you taking the time to come here and read – often – what’s on my mind, I’d like to give you access to them. I have ebooks, graphics, offers and more that will either help you in some way or at least keep you entertained for twenty minutes. All of them will be English lifestyle, self improvement or culture based (ie they’ll tie in with the theme of England Reborn).

The first thing I’ve got for you all is the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle in ebook form! Now you know I like proper books, of the paper kind. But if you haven’t read it, you should do. The Anglo-Saxon Chronicle is a collection of annals in Old English chronicling the history of the Anglo-Saxons – this version is in modern English, translated by James Ingram.
I’m going to be sending the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle to all subscribers by the end of this week – so subscribe now by putting your email address in the below box if you want this free ebook. Once you’re subscribed, you’ll benefit from whatever I find of interest in the future too – if it benefits me, it might benefit you. And very worst case, you can delete the email if it doesn’t interest you.
For those of you looking to get hold of the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle in paper book format, you can do so here – or click the image to the right to go to Amazon.
I’ll keep giving something back when I can – I’ve got some good ideas for offers and giveaways in the future. I’ll be keeping my eyes open for ebooks and offers in particular – so be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss out in future.
